Returns
We accept returns of unopened items in their original packaging with no visible signs of product use within 15 days of purchase. To start a return, you can reply to your order confirmation email or email us directly to contact@bunnyroo.ca. Please include your order # and let us know which products you want to return. Once the item is returned, we will process a refund to the original payment method.
Receiving a Refund
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. Refunds do not include any shipping charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, sale items are final sale.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@bunnyroo.ca
